In order of annoyance:
1) More responsive steering wheel Garage door opener button. This used to work with every press, no matter how brief. A few upgrades ago it was changed to require a much more deliberate press. What used to be a seamless, reliable, motor memory action that i incorporated into my process of pulling out or into my driveway has turned into a disappointing realization that my "press" must not have been long enough, because I don't see the door opening or closing as expected. Now I need to stop and look at my dash to find that the graphic of the garage door button action is not "spinning" to indicate that it is indeed NOT transmitting. Then I need to slow down, take a breath and focus on pressing the button a few more times, or long enough for the R1S to understand my intention. Every Day. This bookends my Rivian experience. It's infuriating.

2) Seat climate buttons that are actually intuitive. I'm in Florida and I've never intentionally wanted the seat heater on. When it's 90 degrees outside and I'm blasting the AC, why does my initial button press on the seat icon default to Heat, all the way up and require that I fool with it again to turn on the ventilated seats. This seems like an easy, common sense fix. Follow what the climate control is doing (either heating or cooling) or default to last used. Or, don't have it automatically turn on with the first push if it's not smart enough to decide for itself.

3) Apple music that doesn't "stutter" every time I get into the car and hit play. It seems like the app has a few milliseconds of music in the cache from the last time I used it, immediately plays for a fraction of a second and then silence...buffers, connects and start playing music a few more seconds.

Power up for tailgate on R1T. This way my ring or dirty hands don’t mess up the tailgate. Chevy and ford have these (maybe Ram?). Why can’t Rivian put an actuator back there, press a button and the tailgate goes up.

1. Fan speed in second row (R1s) echo what others have said
2. Drive mode in Dual performance models - all wheel drive option (illuded to in interview by kyle conner and Wassam) very helpful when climging in the mountains - othewise the rear constantly engages and disengages with noticable "clumk" cant be good for the connection
3. Map more roads (gen 1 vehicle) for use of driver assistance on highways
4. Integrate A Better Route Planner App/Account with the Vehicle

1. MORE Chargers in adventrue locations which are charging deserts

Being able to split screens easily to keep nav and other critical functions available at the same time.

Being able to move speed and turn signal visuals to the bottom of the screen instead of the top where the wheel completely obscures them.

Ability to restart apps or internet or music without having to be in park.

Like many people, I have many requests. My minor one is that the charge door open / close automatically without touch. Something like what Tesla has done (I own a 2016 Model S too). Especially at home, if I unplug, close the dang door. Or maybe at home I need to plug in - open it! Obviously it closes when I start to drive, but why wait? Set a timer, close it up (or close on lock, or something).
