I had it on my list to rewire the front door speakers. I am so glad I didn't do that project! Did you reverse the front doors or just the subwoofer? Hopefully the latter...
I like you.

@mkhuffman 2026 To-Do List
1. Refill grill propane
2. Take down holiday lights
3. Replace guest bathroom GFI outlet
4. Re-pin front door speakers on my $100k electric vehicle
5. Get milk

Had a couple new bugs so far since the update.

Earlier today, ran a quick local errand, everything was fine on the way. Hit the store for about 15 minutes, hopped back in, and my autonomy display in the driver's panel no longer showed lines/vehicles/pedestrians. Odd thing is UHF still worked, but no UI for it.

Next drive, got the driver's assistance not available still starting up error, which is no parking sensors/automatic braking. It stayed this way for an entire 2 hour drive, including two stops. UHF still worked fine and the display issue from earlier corrected itself.

Things are definitely glitchy at the moment. Already did an infotainment reset post update, but not vehicle reset yet. Gen 2 dual max.

I thought my apple music was also starting to glitch, skipping/pausing/restarting tracks... But I figured out it was my dog drooling on the rear seat display... Locking it fixed the issue. :)

Was happy to see this as well - really like the map background on the drivers screen, but was wondering what would happen with vehicles in the blind spot:

Just wait until you see what happens if you swerve out of your lane. :)

I like UHF despite its limitations. But I’m always wondering aside hands free part what are its functions beyond Adaptive Cruise Control + Lane Centering? Here’re couple I noticed as a starter:

1. For certain tight curves ahead it will slow down appropriately with overlay of arrows on blue line on driver screen.

2. It applied some brake reasonably when there’s a pedestrian walking in shoulder of road, but way too much brake when a nearby car in next exit ramp to the right on highway.
I live in an area with many twisty mountain roads and I think the slowing for curves is significantly over-exaggerated. I've tried the cruise at very, very comfortable speeds and it appears to slow down XX MPH, regardless of speed that is set. You can override, but it always throws me off

It also has to calculate the extra-execution of the curve, so slowing down is going to allow for that.

Everyone got this update? I was hoping for it before the Christmas travel 2 weeks ago but still don't see it...

It appears they stopped the release to fix a bug or two. You will likely get the new release, 46.30, which just started rolling out last night.

So that’s fun. 24 hours after installing the “patch” 2025.46.30

Rivian R1T R1S 2025.46 Update (Release Notes). OTA pushing out now! IMG_1676

Hard reset fixed it… hopefully for good. Anyone else experiencing this?

Of course hard to know if this is independently random or a side effect of the update.

I would have tended to just drive it and see if it resets next day without the manual reboot.

I would’ve as well. But it was in turtle mode… with the drivers safety system off
Hopefully it’s a one off. But submitted service request with the diagnostic timestamp.
