Biggest ROI is from the lower center console organizer tray. Perfect for my tall bottles

$16 dollars worth of weather stripping to prevent wind noise. Seriously, it has transformed my driving experience dramatically from an embarrassingly loud cabin experience on the freeway to a what I would expect from a premium car like Rivian. I'm so excited to drive in it now.

I have a choice to make.

Post about my CarPlay screen, which is going to get 50% hate and not win.

Post about my center console system which could possibly win. Hmmm.

So I haven't mentioned this lately, but the upper tailgate PPF. I added this to my R1T exactly one day after taking delivery. While I wish Rivian had given us a normal "handle" or some obvious place to close the tailgate from, at least adding PPF gives some bit of protection to the spot where I probably push with gloved hands a million times a week.

@SwampNut I'm with you; I'm not winning with this submission.

The dead pedal extension from @twraps effectively cured some ankle and knee pain I had when on long trips in the Rivian. I tend to "pull my foot up" to where my heel touches the front of my seat, then roll my ankle to rest the weight of my leg on the side of my foot.....UNTIL I got a good dead pedal setup and now I sit like a normal person with both feet in front of me.

No idea why Rivian thought everyone had two different length legs when they designed that dead pedal.

When he first posted that, I thought, that seems worthless and silly. But now that I've got around 8k miles on it, well, you summed it up perfectly.

Also, the BestEVmod filter is something I take for granted. It's harder to know how great it is, because all it does is make sure I never smell anything, no exhaust or anything. So it might be the best and it's out of mind.

Glad I'm not the only one.

I'm going googling for that one. I'm finding that Western NY has plenty of "diesel bro's" that can't seem to stand my truck for some reason. Usually can't switch to "inside air only" fast enough.

It's right in the original post here, use their Amazon link or their direct link. Amazon delivers them to me overnight. I'm doing one every 6-8 months to be sure I have clean air. Cheap enough.

My collection of service center thank you cards, because I’m so happy they fixed all that stuff on my gen1.

I'd be interested in seeing where you added weatherstripping to. The wind noise has been ultra-annoying to me lately.

Especially with wild-fire smoke season approaching here in the mid-west
