  1. Airport Parking Severe Range Loss despite Transport Mode

I have seen that but we typically do park n fly at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare - very nice garage parking in a nice neighborhood and well-priced. I imagine on airport is a small fortune. Regardless, this should not have happened.
  2. Airport Parking Severe Range Loss despite Transport Mode

Schedule only works at home AFAIK. Plus it was in transport mode. No doors were open
  3. Airport Parking Severe Range Loss despite Transport Mode

Will do. I wish I would’ve remembered to do a data capture thing to create a log while still at the airport but it was a long international flight and I was focused on recharging and getting home plus I don’t remember how to do this.
  4. Best practices for preserving battery during long-term parking without power

Reposting this from a thread I created today so it’s here as well: I just returned from a 10 day trip parked near O’Hare (March so still seeing some more mild winter temps) but returned to the vehicle with a shocking surprise on my SOC, with far more drain than we’ve ever experienced on...
  5. Airport Parking Severe Range Loss despite Transport Mode

No seatbelts. I believe gear guard is disabled based on what I read. It seemed to be in deep sleep when I checked the app once and it said vehicle was offline. I figured I would submit a ticket too…
  6. Airport Parking Severe Range Loss despite Transport Mode

Hi Y’all - just returned from a 10 day trip parked near O’Hare (so still seeing some more mild winter temps) but returned to the vehicle with a shocking surprise on my SOC, with far more drain than we’ve ever experienced on previous similar trips. We charged to 93% parked in covered garage, I...

So where would you go? Hi have Costco and DT, otherwise lots of local shops with probably less experience on EVs…
  8. 20" Inch Goodyear Territory AT 275/60/20 Factory AT tires + saving $

B Digs - you seem to have had these Tires the longest, do you have any efficiency numbers you can share? now that Rivian finally announced user configurable wheel/tires I’m less concerned getting a non stock size on my R1. *edited a typo
  9. 20" Inch Goodyear Territory AT 275/60/20 Factory AT tires + saving $

Are there any current coupons for Goodyear still active? The original at the beginning of this thread is no longer active.
  10. 20" Inch 20" Michelin Defender LTX M/S2

I think this is the winner tire. Looking forward to putting these on in a few mos.
  11. 20" Inch 20" Michelin Defender LTX M/S2

I think that’s a good argument to go with the new larger 65s vs downsizing. Maybe the look with the slightly larger size will be less of a hit.
  12. 20" Inch New Goodyear 20” tire option - available when?

Impressive numbers. Remind me, did you attempt to ask Rivian to change your tire size in the software? Lots of conflicting info out there and the main thing holding me back on downsizing to these.
  13. Submit your questions for Wassym Q&A I’m moderating at LA Auto Show!

when can we adjust our tire or wheel size ourselves? Many people are now in need of new tires and want to change from stock (cuz some options suck such as Pirelli ATs). This is a major issue with unclear willingness of SCs to even make these changes for customers.
  14. 20" tires and wheels -- "quiet" all-season touring tire recommendations ?

PSA Michelin is releasing Defender LTX MS2 in the stock 275/65/R20 on Dec 1. I will be waiting for those. All these folks going down to 60s with widely reported good results but seemingly overlooking the major issue for me: - Artificially increasing the vehicle odometer - this is the deal...
  15. Is the Bluedot app any good?

We did a one month membership with Tesla, charged exclusively at Tesla SCs for the entire trip save for one RAN along the way, only to basically try it out for the first time. It all worked great. I so do not miss EA
