Agree 100% except for “until 42-45 amps”. There are a number of variables to consider when predicting when a circuit breaker will trip, and that is after discounting mfg. tolerance. I have tested 15 A. breakers that required 76 A. for “instantaneous” trip, and they were functioning properly.
