mine was working for months, now after the update drivecam was off, tried turning it on and it says "cannot connect to drive". I'm using a USB adapter with micro USB drive. Does not say too slow just cannot connect.

Rivian, please stop adding new features if you cannot help breaking or degrading existing features. The last update has screwed up my Navigation never appearing on new startup, unlock is delayed now when I walk up to the car, screen resets at least once per drive, volume is too loud now on 4...

i also got my email today, while waiting for my a2z to ship... 11/22 delivery date for me so that seems pretty late compared to others around here also getting the email.

r1t. Not happy with changes. dating back to 2022 pickup: i liked original soft. then disliked 2023 revised soft. then liked 2024 new moderate setting. now don't like revised moderate. Its back to being floaty up and down, front to back. pot holes/road dips mid corner knock harder off bump stops...

Did the service department say whether we have to remove any bed rails we have installed over the bed liner in order for the service to be accomplished? assume yes?

maybe someone used a flipper device to hack the canbus and force acceleration in the software.

just tried to log a service ticket on my app and its says "something went wrong, try again"... over and over.

they deactivated mine open at delivery Nov 2022. no email yet. i'll wait for a few months to see what happens.

paak and the fob used to be worse but its gotten a lot better this year with the multiple update pushes. im pretty happy with it now. seems to open within two seconds of my arriving at the car vs 10 in the past

exactly. the code and variables settings are already in there and available in the software logic. give us 10 ride modes, steering weights, regen settings... its the same as offering an EQ. ironic statement since we also cannot save multiple custom eqs... odd EDIT: just like socal rob said but...

i really DISLIKE the new updates on the R1T. Steering is heavy, truck is less precise, regen on/off had the truck pitching forward and back. bounces over dips in road. pitches left and right when traffic passes by and i'm stationary. With driving dynamic updates Rivian needs much more testing...

have not had a chance to record it. it might not come through well on camera. mine squeaks when turning the wheel near center line so it’s most noticeable in parking lots before i get up to speed.

can i configure the truck to cool the cabin based on a preset temp so i don't have to monitor the app manually?

has anyone noticed that we lost regen power again. high regen now feels more like medium regen just like an update earlier this year. please stop messing with regen power rivian!!

mine was deactivated at the factory the day i picked my truck up new. mine is not broken but it’s also not usable so i assume i get the retro.

three types. you need to add the type that were unhooked by rivian on delivery day. mine “works” but has been deactivated until the “fix” comes. so yes i am expecting them to replace my “working” cover.
