Still same for me too. I went ahead and placed an order for a Lectron now. Maybe it’s been a blessing that mine still hasn’t shipped - it’s allowed me to see some of the reviews about the tightness and the locking switch frustrations. Once they both arrive, I’ll compare them and return the one I’m least happy with.

At this rate, I may get to test out the Lectron before the A2Z ??

Also regarding, the locking frustration and tightness. Most of our customers have no difficulty using the adapter.

Is the adapter a bit tight when first using it?
Yes, it can be, but only the first or two times you use it - after that it is smooth.

Is the lock the most intuitive locking mechanism?
Nope, the adapter indeed needs to be locked to work.

We have a customer service here to help at any time of the day or the night. If you encounter an issue, be sure that we will be there for you.
If a replacement unit needs to be sent during your warranty, we send it the same day without making your life difficult.

I ordered 3/18 and got a tracking number today. It's not a scam. They are just overloaded with demand. I'm sure they are doing all they can. Honestly I think Lectron has bigger delivery issues at the moment.

Patience, patience..

On the 18th of March alone we received over 3,000 orders. The A2Z EV team is working almost 24/7 to test, inspect and prepare every single order. 50% of the orders from the 18th have been packed and shipped today. The rest will follow tomorrow. Some who ordered on the 18th may have received their tracking numbers, some not. The rest of the packages will follow tomorrow.

As a side note, if we had 20-50 orders a day, it is understandable that we have excuse for not dispatching orders faster, but the volumes are in thousands - the adapters need to be tested and inspected individually before being packed. There is absolutely nothing to worry about, we are shipping daily over 500 orders right now. Faster than any of our competitors.

Several times. I had to tweak them twice just to get an order confirmation weeks after I placed my order. I’m willing to cut them some slack but…..

Help this man out @A2ZEV Also, once you finish up the orders of from the week of the 18th, will you be moving to the 25th? Still waiting on another container? I'm assuming you guys are pretty much shipping everything out as soon as you can?

Amazon Prime has ruined everyone's expectation of reality on shipping. You have OEMs like Ford saying youll get an adapter around August, Rivian saying we'll keep you updated, and yall are this upset a substantially smaller company is struggling to keep up with getting orders out and replying to customer service emails. I would be interested to know how many orders they are currently working through and how staffed their customer service department is.

I hear what you're saying, but keep in mind they also made statements about shipping timeframe which they didn't meet. Then when asked about it they were slow (compared to their original responsiveness) to respond. All of this can create concern with customers of a new company. So yes, probably some unreasonable expectations on my and other's parts, but also some communication errors on their part. But in the end, I'm excited for their product to arrive and appreciate that they are doing things the OEMs "aren't" (not "can't" - the OEMs absolutely could, but it's not their most pressing priorities).
