Don't use any lubricants or sprays on the interface!!

You don't want to have that contaminant on the pins. Anything that can form a film between the contact and the pin will create a higher resistance and increase temperatures. Even if you only put it on the outside, not the contacts, it will find it's way there.

I ordered 3/18, shipped 4/9, delivered 4/17 to California so 4 calendar weeks (20 business days) to delivery just like they said. It's much more beefy/heavy than I expected.

Ordered on 3/18/24....arrived on 4/22/24. Tested it at local Tesla SC today and worked great first attempt! The Rivian plug/play charge makes this so easy. Even at 65% SOC, it quickly ramped to 167kW and tapered to about 120kW as it neared 70%. Really glad to have this for road trips!

Ordered 3/19, received yesterday (4/22)

Tested today at my local SC, plug and charge failed (I tried 3 times), charging via the Tesla app worked though (and 120kW+ at 68% with a cold pack, amazing).

Anyone else have plug and charge issue with SuperChargers?
