Adaptive cruise unavailable

I just started getting a message that my cruise control isn’t working. Any tips on getting it working again? I did try a soft reset of the software and that didn’t work. Thanks!

Try a hard reset

It might help to make sure the sensors are clean/clear. Clean the windshield top center where the mirror attaches - that’s where the ADAS forward looking camera is located. Make sure the front fascia between the headlights is clear of ice, snow, mud, big bugs - the radar is behind it.

Hard reset has fixed this for me in the past.
Must be parked. hold left-most steering wheel button and the hazard button.
