Any R1S Delivery Updates?

The production line is not scaled up in the sense that they are only running it in bursts, about 3 days per week. There will be no issues injecting the R1S into the mix. The primary issues to scale are still supply chain and Rivian's own ability to move parts withing their facilty.
Fair points - ramping up R1S production might be faster compared to what they went through with the R1T, but might end up being a non-issue if the bigger problem is still supply chain and parts availability.

I'll also be curious to see if the span of delivery windows for LE R1S's remain the same, or are compressed or expanded. Originally I think all LEs were between April and Dec (or Oct?) 2022.

Those are promising, hope they hit that window, will give me more confidence for October/December.

Got emails today. So disappointing RIVIAN! What are you doing? Why are others in the same area, getting a delivery date before me when they resv. on 7/2020? Not the right way to treat your long time customers. So frustrated and unhappy with your company. Why don’t you do the right thing and deliver the R1S in the order you received. DO THE RIGHT THING FOR A CHANGE!

Chat with Customer Service said a R1S has been delivered to a non employee customer... I doubt this to be true, but can anyone confirm? And they did say no new changes to my particular delivery window.. But I also don't really believe anything they say anymore....

...agree, based on years of their atrocious track record, I wouldn't believe them either.

Isnt RJ an officer, not an employee? Board members are technically not employees as well. And people who used to work there but quit are currently not employees either. Family members of the above aren’t employees, investors aren’t…

so many ways to have the statement be true but misleading, the Rivian way.
