App Shows Active "Key Band" that I never received.

Just noticed this today. This is new. I never received a key band or any notifications related to receiving one.

Is this a glitch? It has an ID.

Put in a service ticket saying you lost it. Maybe you can actually get one. If you don’t want it, sell it to someone who does. It’ll be sold in an instant.

My app shows 2 active and 2 inactive. I've asked a couple times for them to clean that out but no change. They did however find me one real life keyband so you might get lucky there!
I'm just hoping nobody walks up with a keyband and drives off someday.

Mine was missing as well (Launch Edition) even though it showed in the app. They sent me a new one and removed the missing one from the app.

Interesting that my R1T shows the keyband now but my R1S still has it as a keycard. I wonder if they are hardcoding these in the app and just haven't added the most recent ranges. I don't have any extra cards or bands in my keylist though.

When I bought my used Rivian, once it was assigned to me, there were two keycards that had been lost (or forgotten) by the original owner. Furthermore, when I ordered two replacements (at my own cost, btw), They were somehow added to my account twice. So, ultimately, I had six keycards in my app.

The next time I had a visit to the Service Center, I showed the list of keys to one of the SC techs and they immediately set to clearing out my account. After a couple of questions (confirming which two keycards were actually valid), they cleaned everything up. It took them 15 minutes at most, and a lot of that time was just confirming valid keycards.

So the Service Center can straighten that stuff out, but I highly doubt you can claim that you lost your wristband and get a replacement for free.
