You hve to stream "A Broken Man" on the Rivian system. I just checked, I have "Sound Check" check on my phone.
Are you streaming Bluetooth or using Apple Music app directly from Vehicle. If directly from Vehicle, I suggest trying Sound Check Off

I’ve tried all these tricks. My Gen 2 still sounds like ass. My 2016 Sienna sounded better. Not kidding

My only gripe with apple music in mine is how some tracks are way louder than others.
My biggest gripe with the Rivian Apple Music app is that I get "Internet Unavailable" after 3-4 songs.
I could care less about the sound quality. The app just doesn't work.

Yeah, this has become a giant thorn in my side too. I'm constantly on the volume control now, because songs vary from barely hearable to earsplitting.

Is this wild volume difference a gen1 issue only? We have two gen2's with prem audio. We listen to apple music, xm, and sometimes bluetooth. Neither of our vehicles have ever exhibited the volume issue.

As for settings, we have sound check off (same as I've done on every apple device we have), dynamic sound adj off.

Normal vol range we use is maybe a low of around 6 and high of 15 say if driving hwy speeds with windows down. Basically, it behaves like any vehicle I've ever had.
