I have been noticing this since maybe two updates ago. I used to see the same thing with my Model 3.

Maybe it's vampire drain and the charge controller not topping it off?

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I've noticed the exact same thing for a few weeks now, always stopping around 68%. I have a Copper Labs app that provides a constant update on electricity usage for the house, and it spikes every three hours for only a moment, which tells me the truck is attempting to continue charging but something stops it each time. I've also noticed it's hot inside the cabin when it happens, as if the inverter is perhaps shutting down due to the heat. I'm going to change my charge level to 80% instead of 70% and see if it does the same thing at around 77-78%.

I haven't noticed my cabin being hot.

My JuiceBox app used to be great for seeing detailed charging data but Enel forced depreciation of that and now I'm not sure if mine is doing similar brief charges.

It used to add a kWh every so often if it was plugged in for a long time, just maintaining everything. Now I don't know.

(Vaguely related, Juicebox used to be great. But, on top of the subpar software "upgrades," I've now had two JuiceBoxes fail.)

I have a service ticket out and it’s been escalated— mine does goes to 70% and either one of two things happens: it lowers to 68% at some point in the morning while still plugged in or the moment I unlock my truck it drops to 69%

Same here. Stopped at 78% for me. Supposed to be at 80 %. Only noticed it since the last update

After changing to 80% and leaving it overnight, the charging stopped at 75%, and once again it tries to charge every three hours according to my electric meter app, but only for a moment. Evidently it's happening to "all of us" from two updates ago, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens next.
