I think this may be part of it. I was told on the phone today that some air is supposed to be getting into the area and than a "panel" may be out of alignment. THey wanted me to send these photos and a video showing more detail.
I hope they aren't asking you to remove the frunk and take a picture like this one...
If i had to guess, the AC condenser lines have a leak (bad fitting?) and that is cooling the frunk side wall. Although, the fact that it is on both sides is weird as I don't see coolent lines on both sides. .

I had condensation for a bit too. Now have a touch of funk smell up front.

I live in a dry place, and airing it out wasn't enough. I eventually just removed everything, wiped all the condensation out, put the divider in the sun for a couple of hours, and then put it all back together. Haven't seen anything since.

I think that the area is fairly sealed but with lots of temperature swings. I had a damp towel in there from the lake right before the condensation started , and I i think it maybe just held onto the humidity from that.

Anyone else having an issue with condensation in the front trunk. Rivian service says this is a first for them. It is not water coming in from the outside, it is condensation. The shelf is damp and i cannot leave anything in the frunk or it will get damp/wet. photos attached.

Yes I have exact same issue. I also had mold growing on a tool bag in the Frunk since I don't go in there all the time. It did not appear to be leaks in the trunk rubber either but it has been cold and rainy here the last few weeks (San Jose, CA). My R1T was delivered in June 29, 2022 and is S/N: 7XXX
