Conserve Range Display/Lectron Vortex

Fled Debby’s wrath this AM for my 1st R1T road trip…not monumental, just Rockfish Valley VA to Charlotte NC. Charged to 100% at home in Conserve; indicated 330 miles. Drove almost 10 miles before display showed 329?
Any eye dears?
Later decided to top up at a SC.
it all went well until it was time to separate the Vortex from the cable; it simply would not let go, like the adapter release wouldn’t detent adequately. Finally 10ish aggravating minutes later, enlisted some help, 1 on either end ?
There’s no customer service phone #.
was really frustrating.
It was a relief to use the RAN at Northlake!

Customer service for what? Reason people recommend A2Z over lectron for a reason.

Hey we did the same thing. I was down there Wednesday night into Thursday morning to rescue my daughter after her flight home was cancelled.

I stopped recommending Lectron Vortex because of this and the initial quality issue of the PIN being backwards. It does loosen up after you use it a few times though.

Leave the adapter attached to the vehicle then remove the Tesla plug. After that, toss it.
