My guess is ford Explorer remember those are built here in chicago with the lincoln co part. They drive like complete A holes driving them to the delivery yards around here.
Quick google search says ford makes the explorer in Chicago. That’s my guess.

Wheel wells are far too rounded if the body is any indication. The rear hitch and what we can see of the subframe feels more Ford to me than anything. Hopefully it's not an R2 given the very odd roof rail design. Maybe a Cherokee or Nissan's finally making an Xterra replacement?
Yea, the design cues don’t look anything like the new Taco. Even the mirrors are different. The rear quarter window does give that X-Terra vibe but if you look closely you can see the covers indented a bit where the real window is. It follows the line of the front and middle windows.

The shape of the tail light openings makes me want to say Ford but this looks nothing like the upcoming Explorer, Everest, or even the Explorer EV (which is much smaller). The wheels though, they just scream Ford to me.

Being in Chicago does make me think Ford. I just can’t think of what it would be. Maybe, a Lincoln based on the Everest???

I'd be interested to know if the front had a peel-away port for the charger. Rivian might disguise the mule with exhaust but they would not change the Rivian charge-port on the front quarter panel, IMHO. -RJ

I think you're right on the Xterra guess, it's got a similar design language to the current pathfinders roof rack etc

Here’s another look at the same mule.. Warning this guy drops the f bomb a lot. Apparently it’s the first time he’s seen a camouflaged vehicle in his life lol.

I still think it’s a Ford. Based on the rims and Goodyear tires. EDIT, I’m leaning toward new 4 runner now…those are the same tire and size used on the new 24’ Tacoma TRD. Plus it’s behind a likely company companion RAV4.

I don't think the 4Runner will go IRS.
