As most people are aware, The Count's Lightning was delivered to the dealer but due to a recall with "remedy not available" denoted by Ford as well as a stop-sale order the truck sits all alone and sad in the dealer's lot. In fact the dealer hasn't even washed it and when The Count hired a mobile detailer the dealer had The Count and the detailer trespassed. This Lightning limbo is The Count's penalty for something he did in a past life.

I do bribe them with free ramen and microwave popcorn in the break room, but it doesn’t seem to help me in any way. There is the smell of burned popcorn in our building all day now

On a lark The Count just entered the VIN in the Ford Recall site. It seems that vehicle is free of defect other than rear tyres that are somehow losing tread

Most people in these parts already know this but in case you live under a rock or are glued on your tiktak or myspace social media, The Count's Grenadier is delayed until Q1 2024. This will of course break the hearts of so many people knowing that The Count will not be the first person in God's Country to take delivery.

On a happier note, and although you probably saw this news, The Count's Lightning has been removed to the "back forty" at the dealership, untethered, surrounded by nothing but snow and regerts. In fact, it is no longer considered The Count's Lightning.

The Countess has been busy and has just added to their stable... something rather embarrassing such that The Count requires their staff to park it a block down the street for The Countess.

Construction on the headquarters for The Count Orlock Adventure Network continues although the weather has turned against pouring concrete. The Count thought you'd want to know.
