I'm guessing they have delayed all Canadian East Coast deliveries.

This strikes me as them setting the expansion/growth plans to conservative amid economic uncertainty. It makes sense if they want to weather the potential storm they have to protect their cash reserves to get them to the other side if people stop buying premium electric trucks/SUVs for a while.

I'm disappointed but I get it.

Sounds like nobody outside of BC has anything earlier than 2024, if they got an estimate at all.

@Capstone is in PEI… womder if they’ve kept their preorder and if they got an estimate.

Living close to a service center isn't enough, even when it is your legitimate address. I have a 2019 R1S order, no weird options, live within 5 miles of a service center, and didn't even get an estimate. Just "in process."

Correct me if I am wrong but the 8 states do not include New Jersey ... Tesla sells and services in NJ.

• South Carolina (99.999996%+)
• Alabama (99.999996%+)
• New Mexico (99.9995%+)
• Nebraska (99.994%+)
• Montana (99.93%+)
• Louisiana (99.93%+)
• West Virginia (91.3%+, but only one entry)
• Alaska (91.3%+, but only one entry)

Louisiana does not allow direct sales but Tesla does have a service center in New Orleans.

I don’t want to get your hopes up, but you may be purchasing soon. I was a Dec 22-Jan 23 window before the new estimator came out on Friday. I confirmed my configuration about 10 days ago, and started my 8 steps a few hours later. Currently waiting on it to get to Brooklyn and pass inspections there for delivery. I have 7 of 8 steps complete. Mine started on a weekday though, not a weekend.

Maybe mine will be here in PA before too long!!

estimate says: Jan - Dec 2024.
reservation date: Jan 2022
Original estimate: 2H of 2022.

I have adventure pack and black mountain interior (not ocean coast).
Seems like this is very random selection of delivery window.

Don't feel too bad. My order date is April of 2019! I have the same 2024 delivery estimate, which I expect to slip. No service centers in Hawaii. Lack of service centers doesn't stop Tesla from selling and servicing cars in Alaska...

Curiously, my configuration still shows the power tonneau cover and I still have an actual date instead of a "processing" message.

Anyone else have a date in the January-February 2023 range with a power cover still configured?

I was given a Jan-Feb window but in a similar issue - I had Rivian Blue and Forest Edge configured which is no longer an option. Talked to CS yesterday and was told I would need to update my config to a different color exterior or interior, and that making the change would still keep my timeline, but will obviously change the estimation to show ”processing estimate“ rather than Jan-Feb. I had CS update my config to FG/FE which I was considering anyways, so hopefully they are right and keeps me on track for Jan-Feb.

I’m FE/FG as well, with. Feb/Mar window. Hope we get ours on the early end!

For real? Ugh none of this makes any sesne. They need to provide SOME kind of explaination on their logic to help make sense of how they're assigning dates.

This is bizarre enough that I’d call to check and make sure they have you correctly classified in their system. Did you ever change your address?
