I ordered a mat 10 days ago from @EV Sportline and it has not shipped nor any movement on the order status page.

Zero communication.

I emailed support today and no response …. disappointed.

For those that have used this company in the past, is this typical or are they out of business?

My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
They had a weird IT issue the other day. Give them a minute to recover. They're here on the forums if you want @ them.

I purchased step sides from them about a week ago, super responsive especially via DMs on this site. Perhaps a system glitch or something.

Maybe change the title as this is not true? I just received something from them today. They do respond via email, but it takes them a few days. Guessing a big backlog to work through.

maybe something gauging others experience with EV sportine orders and CS? Just seems like others might get confused seeing the title alone.

Thank you for the responses and recommendations. I have my question answered and I changed the title.

As of now, no response from customer service at all so I sent a second request to have the order canceled.

Happy that you guys have had good experiences. Unfortunately, it does not appear that their service is consistent. Now I know.

I have had excellent experiences with them over the past two years, ordering many items for an R1T and R1S.

This winter, I preordered rock sliders for the Gen 2 R1S. When the first batch arrived, they did not fit the bolt pattern under the vehicle because Rivian had changed it even from early Gen 2 vehicles. EV Sportline was very responsive and proactive in getting redesigned rock sliders to me within several weeks, and scheduling and paying for all return shipments. They even reimbursed me for the cost of purchasing strapping supplies and equipment for repackaging the return rock sliders.

I hope one bad experience doesn't turn you off from them. I have found them to be a very good company. I drive both Rivians on their wheels/snow tires every winter. And the rock sliders have been rock solid so far.

As a data point, I've definitely had hit-and-miss service from these guys as well.
I ordered sliders back when theirs were (on their website) reported to be shipping the fastest. The goalposts moved 3 times; at no time were they proactive did they reach out to correct the anticipated ship date. I simply received a message along the lines of 'you knew it was a pre-order and the current lead times on our website are accurate [which is ridiculous, because they changed the lead time on their website in a blind. I had a screenshot from when I purchased them demonstrating it would've shipped if their original projections were accurate.]

When the sliders arrived, they were in ... not great shape. They offered me a small partial refund and some touch up paint to live with the packaging inadequacies that led to a lot of the package rash and dings that they suffered during shipping, which I took, because I did intend to (and do use) off road, so I knew they were in short order going to be utilized heavily. That said, as long as I patch them up when I'm done gouging them over rocks and terrain, they seem to be holding up as expected.

ANYWAY, I preordered their Android Auto unit. That came very quickly and I got it at their preorder discount. At one point it totally borked itself. They replaced it in its entirety with very little fanfare (appropriate troubleshooting and validating it was, in fact broken, and new one arrived).

When I ordered the Rival skid plates they were offering, I waited a bit longer than normal for them to be shipped, but they arrived without much fanfare.

That said, each time I emailed them or reached out, there was a variable amount of time for their responses. Sometimes meriting multiple emails (from my side) and up to a week between responses. So....yes, inconsistent.

You can ride it out for the (relative) quality and justify it based on the value for what you get from them. Or you can order from somewhere else if someone else provides the same product(s).

To me, they're verily: YMMV.

I appreciate the feedback on your experience. I tend to lean towards companies that appreciate their customers and provide a great experience. As of this post … still not a peep from them. Makes the decision for future purchases crystal clear for me. Once I get home from work I’ll be starting the dispute of charges with the bank and contacting the BBB.

I have made two purchases (pucks and wheels) from them and had very positive experiences both times (answered questions, timely shipping, arrangements made with installers, etc.).

I have used them in the past and always had a good experience.

Coincidentally, I also ordered a new bed mat and it's been crickets.

I suspect they are having order fulfillment issues or something. They also really increased their shipping costs but I suspect that's just the realities of small business right now and I don't mind paying it to avoid the Amazon overlords.

Have you tried picking up the phone and calling? Maybe I'm just old but I personally always avoid email when I want a timely or useful reply. Ive called them personally 4-5 times over the year and every single time they have answered and helped resolve the questions. Sorry you haven't had a good experience.
