Has anyone found a handy extension of any sort to let us use a Tesla V3 Supercharger with our Rivians without either occupying two spots (and blocking 1 charger) or hoping for an end one to open up?

Extension cables exist if you Google. Iirc, it’s not recommended because the supercharger can’t talk to the car through the extension so things can get out of hand. I’m considering one for home use though; not sure if that’s also a no-no

The depicted cable is WAY too thin to sustain 500A for very long. Extensions don't exist because they are going to end up regularly limiting current for vehicles that charge at reasonable rates.

Like I said, this is WAY bigger than the image on their site. People complained about CCS being unwieldly. Absolutely going to be the same shit here.

Oh but Tesla's cables are superior, they said.

Huge no no for DC fast charging. The charging cables are liquid cooled, the extensions are not. Significant risk of melting things if using an extension cable.

Echoing everyone else, an extension cord for fast charging is a bad idea. The charger cords have liquid cooling, and the charger monitors their temperature. Even with this cooling, occasionally, the charge rate throttles down.

Tesla says not to use an extension cord. (Although they have also said that _they_ are working on an official first-party extension cord.)

Tesla says to block the extra stall.

Don't use an extension cord. Block the extra stall. (Until Tesla comes out with an official one.)

The V2 and V3 superchargers near me are pretty well centered on each space, so I charge while only using one parking space.
