Favorite locations wiped and cannot re-save after 2025.18.01

All my preferences were wiped out after doing this update: logged out of apps like Spotify, my WiFi and phone are no longer paired/saved, my navigation erased my favorite/saved locations.
I was able to re-pair my phone and wifi but it will not allow me to save locations still. The star icon goes solid and then immediately gets cleared. I’ve tried several different methods to save the data.
I then did an infotainment reset.
Issue persists.
Anyone else having this issue? Anyone known fix?

Never heard of that problem. Certainly not related to any specific update - I've been running 2024.18 for almost four weeks now ... and so have most people ...

I would do a hard reset, then if that doesn't fix things open a service ticket.

Did the update just last night before going to bed and all day today have had the issue so the update is the only change I can think of.

Having the same on 2025.46.0 on 22 R1T quad. This is after SC rolled back and reinstalled software to resolve another issue.

Absolutely will not allow me to add new saved locations.
