First-Aid Kit with delivery?

It's been two months since my R1T was delivered without the First-Aid Kit (I got the IOU) but I'm wondering if new trucks are being delivered with the kit and, if so, WTH is taking so long with getting mine sent to me? I'm gonna reach out to my guide again...

Yeah, I have been. Last contact was about two weeks ago. Essentially been "sorry! Nothing yet!"

If that doesn't work - contact CS let them know that you are not getting any answers concerning the subject, and everyone is receiving them with their vehicles.

Yeah, I heard that, too. But I haven't seen/heard any proof as of yet.

So, CS was helpful in the end: She wanted me to contact my guide as First Aid Kits and other accessories are handled by the SC, but then she transferred me to a Service CS who apparently accelerated my request, as I received a call from Service stating that they are getting one and mailing it now.

So, hooray! All's well that ends well.
