Large Battery charging amount

Just doing a sanity check before I call support. My 2023 large battery has never fully charged over 288 miles (via app and in car number). I only fully charge when planning long trips, but it always ends at 288.

I thought the Large battery was 316-321. Am I understanding this correctly?
VIN is 7PDSGABA0PN00XXXX / 22” wheels.

Depends on your wheels/tires and your driving history. The car learns range based on how you drive. Sounds like you probably have the 20” AT setup.

You show that you have 22" so I think 316-321 is right. I had a similar problem with my R1S and the service center had to reset the driver history. That corrected the under-reported mileage and I'm back to where it needs to be. More importantly, it isn't shifting back downwards.

Large battery with 21s was listed as up to 350. Your numbers seem like they are for 22s. I have ATs with a large and the battery number tops out at 306.

Looks like you have a quad motor. That range sounds right for a quad motor.

I’m also not getting the miles/range expected from a a full charge. Mine is a dual motor large pack with the 21 inch road tires. My Max charge is 315 miles, was expecting 350. I got some service recently and the tech took a look at my battery issue and they agreed it’s not right but they would set up another service appoint for that.

Does your Rivian show your large pack like mine?

Is this your first EV? Percentages are what matter, miles is a guess based off your driving history and recent driving.
