Launch Edition Wrist Band Keys delayed?

My guide said these will be coming to the gear shop eventually for us adventurous ones. Hoping to get one when that day comes.

We received a wrist band with our LE R1T.

I never got one with my Launch Edition and my guide and the service center keep saying the other one will handle it. It's up in the air if it will arrive before my all weather floor mats or if both will just be lost to the black hole of supply chain history.

I think it might have to do with pairing the wristband to the truck. Probably easier for the techs to do it at delivery.

Idiots. Had the truck for about 6 months now. After numerous attempts to contact my guide (whom is worthless) and customer service- no response whatsoever. This company is learning about customer service the hard way- first they raised the price of the truck on early reservation holders and had to back track quickly and now new truck deliveries apparently had wristbands on delivery or soon after. The early adopters and most loyal supporters get dumped on!

Umm, the early adopters are the ones who paid the least and have an asset worth $25k more than they paid (for dealing with headaches). You’re being a bit dramatic about a rubber wrist band whitch you’ve lived without your entire life. Sell the truck if it’s a big deal or buy one somehow.

Update from my guide on Sept 14.

"I also checked on the wristbands and they are working on shipping those out to all Launch Edition owners this month. If you haven't received the wristband in the next few weeks, please reach back out and let me know so I can do some extra digging."

Looks like they are getting everyone squared away slowly but surely. I won't ask again until around Halloween at this point. Low priority...

My guide gave me the same update. He specifically said mine should be in the end of September batch and we should get email confirmation and tracking number when it ships. Let’s hope ?
