My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
Heads up to anyone else thinking of bringing their truck in to remove the wiggle-squeaks ... jounce lines are 2 weeks lead-time, best-case, right now. Mine is in for other non-catastrophic stuff I've been putting off, and I threw this into the ticket to get it taken care of.

If you get an appt for it, make sure to ask CS to ask the SC what the lead time is so you're not truckless while they wait for parts.

I've got a SilvErado as a loaner, btw, which is pretty solid for an EV truck. Just wish my torso was longer (the ergos are weird to me).

Mine started to leak. Luckily I had a mobile appt the same day for something unrelated. Mobile tech called the Burbank location to try to get me in same day. Got me in and replaced jounce line the following day!

Any idea if mobile will do the jounce lines? Mine are not that noisy, seem to have a bit of squeaking at low speeds, but nothing the volume button or accelerator pedal can't solve, so I have not looked to have them done as of yet. Appreciate the info Mike.

Most likely they cannot do as it requires a machine to vacuum bleed the lines and then pressure fill. Can be done without a lift and DIY setup in the driveway, but I'm pretty sure Rivian isn't equipping mobile service trucks with the Rivian spec machine.

Also relatively time consuming and messy job to do on a driveway or street.
