I checked in on my March->April R1S LE again and didn’t hear anything new. They said it’s still on track and they don’t know how long In advance of delivery a guide would reach out. I’m expecting the R1S launch to slip, based mostly on the fact they have been so tight lipped about details around it. ?‍

They are definitely batching by interiors. I'm FE as well, but a 2020 order, and have a May-June window. I'm literally in Seattle, so definitely close to the Bellevue center.

Love the Ocean Coast interior, but the wood is kinda "meh".

I would gladly wait till 2023 if Rivian would promise me 2 things...

1. Max Pack 2023 Q1

2. Ocean Coast Interior with Black Mountain Wood Trim ?

But number 2 ain't gonna happen, so I want my R1T now!

On that note... There you go Rivian... As a show of appreciation for Max Pack early preorder reservations they could allow special interior color swaps with mixing and matching wood and vegan leather trim colors, and maybe a special Rivian wrap option, all for a reasonably priced up charge.

I'd pay for a special interior for my R1T and quietly wait for it ?

I'd happily wait if I knew I was getting something special for waiting... Special in the sense of unique.

I have a March-April delivery window. R1T, LE, LG and FE interior. Pre-ordered 11-26-2018. I sure hope they come through. It's been a long wait !

I too have a March/April Rivian delivery timeframe. Today I got the email to order an F150 Lightning and before I knew what was happening I had gone ahead and ordered a Lariat.

So now I have two EV trucks on the way. All this waiting has led me to make some very poor decisions.

I guess I’ll drive them both for a while and then decide what to do.
