That’s insane. The car coming apart under normal use is certainly covered by warranty. I cannot imagine a true denial. I would escalate. These guys need to get their act together.I found multiple bolts missing on my undercarriage while putting on my hitch cover. I set up an appointment to have them replaced and fixed and found the warranty does not cover it. I don't understand how bolts not properly tightened or secured (lock tite) would be the owner's issue with a truck over a year old with 16500 miles. The mobile estimate is $140 ($40 for bolts and $100 for service). Needless to say, I canceled the appointment and will find matching bolts and do it myself for a fraction of the price. I expected this to be covered when paying $100k for a truck., but I was wrong!
