Kudos to OP for editing the post title. Sheesh.

Counterpoint :
My R1S turns heads everywhere. There is absolutely nothing on the road like it. In a sea of angry headlights and 3 foot tall grills on modern domestic pickups, be an original.

I have come to like the front as is. I do think it looks better in darker body colors. Red, black, blue, etc. but obviously this is all personal preferences. Somewhere there is a photoshop with the headlights rotated sideways that looks pretty good, that could potentially be a mod kit with a new "grille" assembly.

If a bull bar is to your taste, there are several out there. I just saw a new one this week that is not shipping yet, which includes a winch mount, but I can't locate a link to it.

I don’t think it would be too hard for an aftermarket company to offer a more aggressive front end kit judging by this R1T that suffered collision damage.

My guess is the kit would be a minimum of $5k due to totally new new headlights, front fascia, etc.

Anywhere I’d take a RAZR I take the truck.
Do tell. Don't worry, I'm only a cop if you're standing in water.

Counterpoint: My wife fell in love with the Rivian R1S entirely because it looks like a Range Rover with a "cute and friendly" nose instead of looking like a digital pug dog.

I am not a fan of the cartoonish look but what I find worse is the overall width & girth of the front end. Evey other view is a 9-10/10 but the front is a 2-3/10. It just doesn't work for me.

I love the headlight performance but pretty sure those we are following don't.
I think the top 2 bumpers help the look, the next 2 make it worse. I think a wrap could improve the front view. Wraps have improved the horrendous look of the CT.
The OP still hasn't answered what is the particular aspect of the look that is the problem. the headlights? the solid lightbar?
For me it's the overly wide & bulbous look of the direct front view. The proportions are just off in relation to an otherwise excellent looking SUV.
The cartoonish (froggy) look does not help.
I did this photoshop that I would like to actually try someday.

At first I thought it was a Dodge which I would not want to copy even though it looks good.

Has anyone done anything to make the front end look less cartoonish? Any cool wraps, deletes, etc that temper the feminine look? I’ve had my R1T for about 6 months and just bought a R1S but the front end kills me.

Mods to the grille or owner, as in behavior?
Since getting our first pickup in 57 years of owning 60 vehicles, we've started noticing pick up grilles and how opulent and busy the growing majority look. Folk of many genders have commented that the aggressive, loud, mean, rugged look is a compensator for some if mot many.
We're not judging whatsoever just sayin' what we hear and overhear.
A few years ago I asked someone on here to make a graphic of what the same or similar headlights (our 'Twin Edsals") would look like horizontally integrated into the front light bar.
The poll was strinkingly positive. Nonetheless, we've gotten used to the look.
The more we try to be like someone else, the less we are like ourselves.
Same with taillights - though we don't have to look at them . some are right out of the 'what the F were they thinking, IF they were even thinking. Like our faces, we ain't lookin' at our grilles when using 'em..We've been having a good time taking pictures of the reflection of our front end reflected in the trunks and tailgates of vehicles in front of us at stops and parking lots.
Hopefully we can get a gallery started

OP, as many others have said, there is not a lot that can be done to change the front end. I did however tint the light bar and blacked out the bumper. I like the end result.
image.jpg
this is an great idea.Simple and effective. Do you know what % tint that was? On ours we'd go a shade lighter and a matching darker grey bumper and headlight bezels (are the hedlight treatments just paint?
<Maybe a photoshopper can post some varieties
