Moisture in DC port?

This should be a quick one, but wanted to double check so I don’t go crazy.

I found a little moisture (we’re talking 4-5 drops of water) in the DC port (the flat thing with the two pins, below the round thing) of my charging port.

I’ve ignored it so far, however, is this:
A) Concerning? I thought the water was probably from the last rainfall or wash and the cap hadn’t been properly secured.
B) Should I try to clean it & dry it with contact cleaner and pressurized air?
C) Would the procedure under B) expose me to any potential harm due to the electrical parts? In other words is there potential FOR ME TO DIE?? lol

Flap is mostly to keep debris from getting in when you have the door open for an AC charge. I don't worry about water in the port at all.
