Motor fault detected

It hasn't come back since I did a hard reboot. They sent the info to the diagnostics team that will look at my car log. But even that they say it may take 5-7 days.

I hope you don’t get the same issue I got. My car doesn’t seem like it will be ready for at least another 2 weeks.

Did you ever get it fixed? How long did it end up taking and how has it been since?
I literally got motor fault and system fault 12 hours after picking the car up. Under 50 miles.

I have a feeling it is suspension related because it first triggered when going over a speed bump, and then it's been making all sorts of tocking sounds.
