Every state is different. Texas' law seems to be very liberal in what can be considered a lemon.Keep in mind that you typically can’t use the lemon law for anything that doesn’t affect usability of the vehicle. So an uneven headliner or rattles in dashboard, b-pillar, or door panels won’t qualify. If the a/c is cooling but you just don’t like the sound that also is unlikely to qualify.
Texas specifically excludes defects that do not substantially impair use or market value of the vehicle. While it’s going to be case-by-case, even Texas is unlikely to lemon for interior rattles and they may not lemon a functioning a/c that someone feels is too loud.Every state is different. I don't disagree on rattles, but OP could make an argument that drooping headliner and loud A/C does substantially impair market value. Most people pay more attention to cosmetic items when determining how much they would like to pay.Texas specifically excludes defects that do not substantially impair use or market value of the vehicle. you should change your location or your passwordJust curious, the AC loud.
Is the vehicle hot, I assume so, you are in Texas.
Does it quiet down when the cab cools off?
Mine screams because it's a variable speed and runs full out to cool the truck down but while the Truck is cool, it's hard to hear the compressor.
