Did you try a full reset?

I've done soft rest(held outer buttons on steering wheel) and I've done the hard reset(left outer button and hazards). Not sure what more to do at this point.

Those with issues, does wifi connectivity work? Try connecting to wifi and do the resets.

I can connect to WiFi and everything works. No issues. But driving the LTE is still down and can't use anything.

On Thursday I noticed that some of the App functionality was not available. (I was specifically looking for adjusting the target charge limit). I had to go into the truck to set it.

Today I got a text message from Rivian with this explanation.

Got the same message after phone app shortcut off line for 8 dys and GPS locator on maps off line - soft reset fixed it

I have t gotten this message. Is this something Rivian needs to do and acknowledge on their end for the vehicle to get back online?

Did it work for you? I think I'm going to have to get the module replaced since I still don't have LTE

yes fixed it right away. seems like an odd coincidence though. No chance you just don’t have good connectivity where you are, or a local tower outage?

No I'm in north Jersey and I'm told it should be back by now. Probably going to need a new module which sucks. I'll have to go to Brooklyn to get it service which I'm dreading.

Wouldn't be surprised if this huge ATT outage was connected to the company just announcing a data breach.

Cloud connection lost on 3/22. Performed soft reset night of 3/27. Everything normal within 3 min of reboot.
