I finally started showing the 12v battery warning after around 60k miles, and 3 years.

Checking the built-in RiDE menu, "Low Voltage Maintenance Status" changes from 1.0 for healthy, to 0.0 for unhealthy.

Side note, there is a 12v reset menu option now in RiDE which is fun.. Ordered the adapters because Rivian using standard 12v 18Ah batteries with a custom proprietary post was stupid.
I don’t think the RIDE LV maintenance status is a health indicator. I think it only says when it is or isn’t charging the 12v battery. I’ve had it move frequently between both without any 12v warning message. It’s a bit poorly name IMHO.

Replace 12V battery is back in less than 4 months!
Had a preemptive battery replacement done in September due to the recall, although the SC said the battery was fine. Just got the car back from the SC on Friday for a "coolant leak" which apparently was HVAC related (and I was one of a number of people there that day with the same issue). Was charged to 100% when I left the SC and drove about 10 miles home. Updated software Saturday night. When I got in the car yesterday morning at 5 (with climate pre-conditioning) I was down to 87%, and by the time I got to work (80 miles to the Catskills) I was down to 30%. Seemed to be a lot of vampire drain yesterday and last night as well, and digital key hardly working. This morning when I got back home I left the car on the street to clean the driveway, and when I got back in to move it I had the "replace 12V battery" message. I don't know if there's any connection to what's been going on or not, but this does not exactly instill confidence. SC closed today for the snow but I booked again for next week.
