I watched the Out of Spec range test for the R2 and see them getting approx 250 miles on a 100-0% test at 70mph. I'm in the Northeast and plan to take my R2 on ski trips in Vermont and upstate NY.

What should I realistically expect for range in winter on a 100-10% highway drive? 180 miles?

205 miles based on past experiences in New England with winter range reduction. Please post this winter what you actually get.

Keep in mind you'll be battling elevation changes going into the mountains too. You may get better range coming home if you're going downhill more

Add to this that you may need to turn on snow mode which forces AWD , they all tested in conserve mode and it mostly drove in RWD to get this range. But you probably won't drive 70mph in this conditions

Fortunately there are Rivian Adventure Network chargers in most of the right places, including Bow NH off I-93, West Lebanon NH off I-89, if you're going from eastern, MA to VT. If going from western CT/MA to VT, They are in Holyoke Ma and Brattleboro VT off I-91. None that I know of in NH north of Bow or VT North/West of West Lebanon NH. There are lots of other chargers in those areas, though. Recommend install and consult "A Better Route Planner"
