Rear passenger window wont close

Picked up my R1S QM last weekend and first time opening the rear passenger window yesterday and when I went to close it would open up and not stay closed. Was on phone with rivian, did a reset on the car and tried some other window resets things but nothing worked. As a temporary fix I was able to get the window to stayed closed by using the window switch on the passenger door by clicking the switch halfway and holding it till closed. Rivian is coming out monday to fix the issue. Anyone esle have this issue?

I had the exact same thing, a 5 minute calibration from mobile service will fix that right up.

I also had the same problem -- the recalibration steps didn't fix it but a mobile service call did.

Note, you should be able to close the window and keep it up with a "half pull" on the switch.

Yes that worked, but you can only do it on the switch of the door of the window you are trying to keep closed
