Missing 12v plug. Don’t want it

We joke, and I definitely knew about the delete before picking up my R1S on Monday, but didn't fully comprehend how inconvenient the missing plug was going to be until I took delivery and realized it was impossible to run my Uniden R8 with the stock setup.

Looking into a potential USB solution I've seen (would love to know if anyone has tried that or any similar USB-C solutions that might work) due to the fact that I'm not really comfortable tapping into the existing wiring for a direct install, but would still love to be able to plug & play like every other vehicle I've ever owned.

Super minor peeve and still 1000% love the truck regardless, but a peeve nonetheless.

Knowing where they are testing these in Alaska, I can definitely assure you there are plenty of huge moose, and generally caribou too, all around this spot.

I was thinking the same thing! Also, why drift around. Why not show tests on different terrain and cold weather conditions.
