I'm thinking they are also headed to being like Tesla where if you want, it is 100% no touch and you basically use the app to accept delivery and pick your car up at dealer or even a lot nearby.
Good by theory unless you have any issues - but you need to capture those on delivery still, and as long as PAAK works actually and they guide you through pairing, etc. That and the car would have to be locked if came with a fob/cards/wristband the first time of course inside - possible pre-ownership I guess to disable.
Cool overall and would allow them to delivery much more faster. But, doesn't always work I'm sure. We picked up a Tesla in church lot in Austin a year or two ago and man, didn't open after accepting delivery, and had bad service out in the lot so getting ahold of the service team, no one was at SC to help since a ways off, etc. sucked - took a good hour standing outside in the cold.
