After reading the 9to5google article, the notes about more apps coming seems enticing, especially tier 1/2 apps. Hopefully Google Maps can get integrated...

If they allow this while driving, I'd be interested... I've had videos playing from a phone/tablet in the center console area for the kids before and not an issue here. However, I feel like it might be distracting for most people...

EDIT: "This allows you to easily cast video content from your phone or tablet directly to the car while parked. "

Hopefully it allows us to cast audio while driving
