So do I. In this situation it certainly seems like the right thing to do. Rivian decided to extend that early pricing to those of us lucky enough to get it so they should follow through on it even in that situation.I can't argue with anything you said, it's all completely correct. I'll just say, on a personal level, I hope they take care of the OP and get them a new Truck ASAP!
Also, this truck should have never pass QC from the factory.
Offering him a bad truck or a more expensive truck is not right.
