Still waiting for mine to get called. I’ve had an open ticket for the cover to be fixed since July 2023

Open ticket in Phoenix since 6/6/2023. Haven't heard anything for my truck, but I have read about at least 2-3 local R1T owners in Phoenix getting the fix, so it is happening, but very slowly.

I got the call!

one year 3 months and 17 days it will have been broken. Scheduled dec 19th in Denver. 4 hour estimate.

Its rolling out. Got the call this morning. Next week, was told it's approx 3 hour job. Minneapolis.

Nothing here in Orange County California either. At least I can get mine to work in the meantime by pressing in certain areas while opening.

Yeah, had it installed week before xmas. Works great. Noticeably quieter and faster.

My truck is going in for 12V service, they added the pedal replacement but bupkiss about the tonneau. My cover still works though, so...

Nothing from the Denver SC for me as of yet. June 2022 delivery, PTC broke a couple months later. Having pedal replaced on Friday so maybe I can ask if there’s any news, but not holding my breath.

Will be interesting to see your experience. Our scenario is almost identical... Denver, July 2022 delivery, stopped working after 1 week, ticket open since then and scheduled for service next week to look in to front camera/sensor issues.

My tonneau cover was still operational but they replaced it on 1/15/24 with the new version at San Jose, CA SC. For those that already have the replacement...if the tonneau cover is open, does it show up in the app as open like any of the doors or windows? The graphic in my app doesn't register if the tonneau is open or closed.

I’m in the Los Angeles, CA area. I had a broken cover ticket submitted since June 2022. Still no call.
