Rivian tonneau fix appointments

Curious if anyone has been called to schedule one of these appointments? My service ticket has been in since Dec 2022 and I'm sure there are many ahead of me. I'd love my tonneau fixed before the new year but unclear how quickly they'll be tackling this.

Let us know your experiences. (I will update when I hear something from rivian).

Ours was delivered with a defunct cover, so there wasn't a service ticket as such, but was noted on the purchase agreement. Because of that, I opened a new ticket a couple of weeks ago, this was reply Auto-transcribed email, but it's pretty close.

I heard recently from Rivian staff similar to what AO_pete described above, stocking materials and calling soon for appointments. Mines been broken since last September

it's definitely a bit annoying that they sent out an email blast saying appointments would start at the end of October and here we are over a week into Nov and nobody has even received a call to schedule anything, yet.

I spoke to Rivian service this morning regarding a minor issue and asked about my tonneau cover ticket, he said my ticket is still open and I will get a call eventually to get it replaced as he said the fix is to replace all the powered covers with the new design. He could not give me a time frame. My ticket has been in since my my R1T was delivered in Aug. 2022.

one year 3 months and 17 days it will have been broken. Scheduled dec 19th in Denver. 4 hour estimate.

I got the call for Denver as well! Excited to have my PTC operational again.

I've seen multiple reports on reddit of people can calls for appointments, even those with no problem or tickets open. So they aren't necessarily prioritizing broken tonneaus first.

FWIW, the last response I got from Rivian Service was they were allocating by location/service center. I've not seen any posts (yet) from DFW area owners (but could be wrong), so it may be dependent on when your local SC gets their stock.

r1t white, locked tonneau in open position...
Did the service department say whether we have to remove any bed rails we have installed over the bed liner in order for the service to be accomplished? assume yes?
