Rivian won't wake from sleep

My R1S with most recent software update sometimes does not wake up once it goes to sleep. This has forced me to unlock with the key card far more often that I would like. I would say once every 7-8X when I try to access the vehicle it doesn't wake up and unlock. So far it only happens at home. I try turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on and literally wave the phone over the windshield. Vehicle is still dead asleep. Is there a secret to getting it to consistently unlock at home? I've noticed a lot of members saying that it's consistently working/flawless so I assume my vehicle is defective somehow and I need to get it fixed. The failure rate seems way too high.

Something similar happened to me at work. Was leaving after having the vehicle plugged in all day and it would not unlock. When I hit the key fob, or used the app, it made a light clicking sound - like it was attempting to unlock the doors. I manually tried opening the door handle, but the car was still locked. I had the random idea of opening the tailgate, which for whatever reason allowed the doors to finally unlock. Weird. Did a full reset and haven't seen this happen again.

If it does, ill try using the keycard first.

I don't do the tailgate but I do the Frunk all the time. Usually, with the APP open it will unlock from about 5 to 10 feet away, if not, I open the frunk (to put stuff in anyway) and it unlocks everything.

Start with an info reset.

My PAK has worked flawlessly since day one. All of a sudden, after the last update, it just stopped. I did an info reset and it was back.

I have to ask this, because a friend was doing this stupidity.... Are you force closing the Rivian app? Have you restricted any of its access such as location and bluetooth? What phone and OS?
