I like it. Much roomier than the Rivian. Much quieter cabin. Suspension is tuned pretty well for driving on our roads. How are you liking the Sierra? It's a sharp looking vehicle for sure.
Rivian to me is an amazing company. I think the hiccups of a start up are becoming a distant memory.Looks like GM'S NACS stuff is probably going live tomorrow. GM expects me to pay $225 for the adapter for my Sierra EV. Have no immediate plans besides testing it, but will be happy to have the option.

But, it's not as fun to drive. Torque steer in max power mode is miserable, and it's much slower than the Rivian. I would have felt like buying the Sierra was a mistake, if it wasn't a decision driven by needing the extra range for towing. If you're not an aggressive driver at all, you probably wouldn't feel the same way I do though.
We have yet to need to stop for a charge on a towing trip with it, so can't really comment on how the port placement is likely to suck, but the 800V charging was definitely a benefit on the Hummer. It made the chargepoint 125/62.5 shared stations somewhat viable, basically maxing them out for nearly the entire charge.
The nice part is that I still have a truck while my R1T is having some downtime for some product development. ?

Brush/bull bar firstly. I'd really like to see if we can come up with enough room for a hidden winch like what Rivian had a prototype for. I would not want to give up the front camera for a winch, personally. May consider leaving accommodations for it somehow though.Working on a winch mount?
And right on cueCue the Chevy Bolts at the superchargers ?
