Wow, that's super disappointing. Held off on the prior OTA (2024.51) and was about to install this one last night but saw your post and decided to hold off for another round until the next OTA now to see if that fixes the reintroduction of that issue.
Eh. Minor issues. The shutter creak is just plastic on plastic friction. Nothing broken. Squirt it with dry lube if it’s that big of a bother.
To be clear, there are no performative downsides to the shutters opening/closing.
Contact Support and request to have it pushed. It was probably already pushed to you and you missed it somehow (connectivity interruptions), since rivianroamer shows 100% deployment.

If you want more insight you can also link your Rivian account on https://rivianroamer.com/join for free and it will tell you if your vehicle has been flagged.
Do that and check from your center display to see if it's already been pushed but stuck while downloading (vehicle settings > vehicle > updates). OTA download in the background when parked. You driving it, or connectivity interruptions, will cause download to pause. And you do not get notification (or awareness of update being available to install) until download is complete. If you want to be less in the dark, use a secondary email of yours, invite "yourself" as a driver, then use that email to link your account to rivianroamer. Once linked, the dashboard will provide visibility over some things.They said it’s rolling out in phases and to make sure I’m connected to WiFi
Unfortunately rivianromaer is only a very very small sample size of data so (for now), it is not really the best metric to use for fleet software update rollouts.
