That’s not the question you asked though. Maybe a better way to phrase what you’re after is something like: “What available tire data weighs most heavily in your decision making process?”Hard to measure/quantify those so really hard to compare. But we can assume those are generally reflected in the ratings/reviews/testing categories…
The Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT was developed for Rivian to be a versatile tire with noise performance factored in to the design. You forgot noise. Hoping for an AT that doesn’t howl after a few thousand miles.
I have been running Nokian Hakkaepalitas studded this winter, amazing tire in snow, reasonable on highway, 1.8 ish when above 25 deg F outside, running perrelis in summer. Highly recommend the Nokian for folks that ski/live in cold areas.
- Offroad performance (could break down into many subcategories)
- Onroad performance, handling, etc
- Noise
- Wet grip
- Snow and cold weather performance
I could only pick 1 of your choice options. 2nd I want a quiet tire. 3 is I want a tire with very good road performance, both wet and dry.For 20” replacement tires, what 3 characteristics do you factor as most important for deciding?
Those are my 3 too. Also selected one.I could only pick 1 of your choice options. I want a quiet tire. 3 is I want a tire with very good road performance, both wet and dry.
Couldn't care less what the tread looks like. I'm not buying a tire to make my R1T look tough.
