I'm having problems getting the latest software update downloaded, so I'm trying to connect to my home internet for the first time. Previously, I've relied on the connect+ cell connection, but for some reason, Rivian thinks it's too slow this time. Per a suggestion, I shut off WiFi yesterday hoping to force a connect+ download overnight, but no such luck.
So, back to my problem - when I try connecting to my home internet (both 2.4 and 5.0), it says connection failed, and that's it. No other info on why it failed (that I know of), and it wipes out the damn password!
Any ideas why this would be failing, and any ideas on how to see info on why it's failing? FWIW, we've had people connect to our home WiFi numerous times with no problems.
