Random sidenote: For those that have ever experienced a pedal vibration, or "warped rotors" in another vehicle, this same procedure will take care of that 99% of the time as you're just feeling brake pad deposits on the rotors. Getting them good and hot will remove those deposits and they'll feel like new again.
My daily driver has Brembos all around, and I don't use them often. As a result, they get a glaze on them and need a good hard braking or two to clean the pads/rotors off. As mentioned before, doing it once a month keeps the brakes ready to go when I do need them.
