Um....There are nearly 80,000 CCS charging stations worldwide vs 45,000 Tesla Superchargers. CCS is not dying and it isn't going anywhere.

And guess what. The Tesla Superchargers in Europe all use a CCS cable. Because CCS is the worldwide standard.

"All V3 Superchargers in Europe feature single-cable CCS technology that is compatible with every Model 3, Model Y and Model S or Model X"

https://www.charin.global/technology/dashboard/
This has been covered many times already. Europe is a different situation because their domestic distribution networks deploy 3-phase AC at the local level, so charging requires 3-phase support. Only the Mennekes plug, which underpins CCS-2, supports 3-phase therefore it is the best choice for their situation, even for Tesla.

North America is generally single phase at the local level, and NACS is an optimal design for our application. It is by far the best solution for North America, both technically and from a convenience perspective, and it now has unstoppable market momentum. CCS-1 will die in North America as it is displaced by NACS, but CCS-2 will continue in Europe. It is important not to confuse the two implementations.

While they haven't started yet, in the last few days many have announced that they will start "soon": AmpUp, Blink, EVpassport, FreeWire, FLO, EVgo, and ABB. (Well ABB isn't a CPO, they just provide the equipment for CPOs like EA.)

There will likely be more announcements made at EVS36, which is June 11-14.

Well EVgo has had NACS available for a long time via a built-in CHAdeMO adapter.

And EVpassport seems to be saying they have some 95kW NACS/CCS chargers installed:

How many EVGo/ EV Passport locations offer Tesla plugs?

I have honestly never even seen an EV Passport charger and EVGo barely has any presence in CO at all.

This process is barely started and everyone has buried CCS already. This is years from being sorted out.

Agreed. I will be on my second Rivian in 15 years before this is sorted out. And I would say a handful has buried CCS here, they are usually Tesla owners and don’t even own a Rivian.

Exactly. In 10 years if I haven’t died from too many tacos and too much whiskey I will worry about this.

Rivian will make the switch, we will get an adapter and be able to use Superchargers. Win.

Well that's definitely getting ahead of things. Here are 2022 car sales number by brand, totaled by Tesla-Ford-GM and Everybody Else (still in CCS camp as of this comment):

Tesla gang: 4,330,874
Non-Tesla gang: 7,471,012

Tesla obviously sells the most EVs in the US, but Hyundai/Kia and VAG are doing very well in the EV segment compared to everybody else. They both have significant interests in CCS because that's the standard in all of their other major markets.
ICE cars don't count.

If Rivian come out and say "We plan to support this plan in the future", will Munroe or anyone else shut up now? I think GM and Ford is just doing lip service for now.

Don't be ridiculous ?, we love drama
Well, the White House issued a statement Friday saying Tesla could get federal dollars, but they must have CCS. The plot thickens. Lol

“The White House on Friday said electric-vehicle charging stations using Tesla (TSLA.O) standard plugs would be eligible for billions of dollars in federal subsidies as long as they included the U.S. charging standard connection, CCS, as well.”

NACS might not be a standard by definition, but it sets the standard that we all want

By definition the Tesla plug is also not a “standard”. A standard in this case would have to be agreed upon by multiple groups and manufacturers (which literally just changed in the past week) PLUS be controlled by an independent body - not a single manufacturer.

It doesn’t matter that Tesla keeps calling their plug a “North American standard”. That’s pure marketing BS.

ICE only :(
ICE cars don't count.
They should. Those manufacturers have loyal fans, large production capacity, and are all going to be offering and building more and more EVs. Tesla will continue to lose market share in the EV segment, and it’s not all going to go to Ford and GM.

you are quoting charin, which is a lobbying firm for CCS.

In their stats - Charin glosses over the fact there is CCS1 standard in NA and CCS2 in Europe - and they both aren’t compatible.

Charin is not an unbiased source, and is not aligned with the EV industry or consumers. Charin only cares about a plug, even if it’s inferior
