There are a couple threads on this, but it is mainly from the triangle window seal. See if the vertical trim on the back edge of the triangle window is flush and tight to the main glass window.
Ty, they had the car for a whole week and said, they fixed the door alignment and window seal, nothing feels changed.

My R1T went in to the service center twice, both times for much more critical issues, but I mentioned the window noise both times. They attempted to fix it both times, but the second attempt really made a significant and noticeable difference.

There is a known issue with the small triangle windows, and it seems to affect the driver's side window more often than the passenger side. And as near as I can tell, some techs know how to fix it, and some don't.

Good to know. Mine has the issue, but I haven't submitted a ticket for it yet.

I didn't ever think it was so bad to worry about submitting a ticket exclusively for the wind noise, which is why I waited for another excuse to take it in and just added it to the list.

I've had three separate causes of wind noise on my early R1T ...30xx.
1) trim on the glass triangle as mentioned above
2) Driver's window didn't close 100% (just 99%) and left a tiny gap between upper window and the seal (little issue with huge noise)
3) body-color panel separating top of windshield with moonroof was often inserted too deep at the factory causing a lip between the panel and moonroof (many threads on this)
All three now fixed and super quiet.

Took SC 2 times to finally fix noise at wing window. I generally heard the wind noise over 65-70 and always worse with some side wind. SC can’t test their work since they aren’t allowed to test drive that fast.

I'm in the same 30xx as you and have really noticed that noise lately with my new silent tires...

I sent it in last May for this, and seemingly it helped, but I think I just got used to it. Same thing, over 65 and it's blaringly obvious now with AS tires. Only on the driver side, even though the passenger side triangle window vertical gasket was sticking out.

Upon current inspection, my outside driver A pillar juts out way further than passenger side. It's like a solid 1/4" the entire length, compared to flush on passenger side top and bottom, dip in the middle.

This late in the game, think it's worth sending back again?

When I was driving to work this morning, I noticed the wind noise was horrible. I pushed the button to roll up the window thinking that was it. It was still making the noise. So I drove a few more minutes and then realized I had pushed the rear window button. I then tried the actual front window and rolled it down a bit and then closed it and the noise went away.

It has been hot here lately so we use the "vent window" option when it is parked.....that might have been the cause.

I’m getting whistling inside the cabin and I can’t pinpoint it. For those who have had noise from the small triangle windows which area should I tape off to test if it’s coming from there?

after 2 services to 'fix' the driver side wind noise, it is back again at speeds starting 50mph. disturbing, annoying,
next service center appt is in December, after 'pushing' to get appointment- took one week to get an appointment. why do they release cars and not have service support on these high end vehicles? utter diasppointment with Rivian. the value is down by $9000 in 4 mos;(
