Reply to reviewers on twitter. Reach out to tech journalists to make them aware of the omission.

Drive Modes did come for everyone. They didn't say performance gauges were.

The way I read it, they did not explicitly say performance gauges were available to everyone. Drive Modes is the new interface which is available to everyone, but they didn't say all options in Drive Modes is available to everyone.

LOL, you can interpret however you like. RIVIAN did not EXPLICITLY promised performance gauges for everyone. What follows is an explanation of Drive Modes, not an explicit promise.
